The Law and Leadership Academy is geared toward students 18 and older with a high school diploma or GED that are interested in a career in law enforcement.

Cadets in the fifteen-week program get a firsthand look at the process of becoming law enforcement officers. The curriculum includes instruction in traffic enforcement and criminal investigations, physical training such as running and swimming, along with time management, self-discipline, and teamwork.
